 The original public allegation, against HEG Electronics of Huizhou, China related to under-age labour. Samsung conducted an audit, and found no under-age workers, but it did find other (unspecified) labour practices that did not meet its policies. 

It is now going to audit an additional 105 Chinese suppliers for their labour practices.

 

Risk Management Perspective: 

 The effects of rising world standards, expectations and ethics are being felt almost everywhere around the world, if a South Korean company manufacturing in China is vulnerable to accusations of use of child labour.
